    "Nowhere To Be Found"

Another fabulous artist from the The WSVNRadio Hall of Fame, Volume One, Brian Lynn Jones & The Misfit Cowboys are an excellent country band, as their album Nowhere To Be Found should be not overlooked by any country fan. Jones and crew are one of those bands who should get more recognition than they deserve. I can see this band easily becoming popular, just as any other Country act today.

Their sound is definitely Country ... "One Way In (No Way Out)" and "My Old Friend Whiskey" will have any country fan's feet tapping in the tradional country style. "If I Was Elvis" is Jones' look at the King, as he is a huge fan of Presley's music. "If I Was Elvis" also appears on WSVN Country.

Another very impressive song is "Smoke And Fire", as it appeared on the WSVNRadio compilation Hall of Fame, Volume One. "Less Of Me" has Jones' vocal style as an updated Elvis sound, with today's Country sound in mind, as if Elvis was alive today, and trying to follow with the other young country artists of the day.

"I Wanna Be The One" definitely fits today's country sound, yet Jones has his own signature sound throughout each song on this album. Just as many popular country artists have their share of ballads, "Complete" is a great ballad, by Jones, as this song should easily be rewarding for the fans of country ballads. "Rainin'" is another tradtional toe-tappin country song, having once again Jones' own original country sound.

"Goodtime" is a traditional country styled song, easily fitting the past few decades country sound. The typical "sad lyrics" of country evolves in "(Don't Come Back) Cryin' To Me," as the lyrics and musical style is another great Jones' Country. "(I'm Getting Used To) Sleepin' Alone" has a great traditional country sound, comparing to the likes of the 1980s country of Mickey Gilley, yet it also could be recorded by today's country stars, such as Brooks & Dunn. The ballad "The Wheel" ends this fantastic album, as the listener will definitely start at track one once again, and enjoy this album over and over.

Every song on Nowhere To Be Found is great, pure country. Brian Lynn Jones & The Misfit Cowboys should not be overlooked, as their music is great to listen to, and their music should be shared on the well-known country stations nationwide. This album is never tiring; this album will get repeated listens, and country fans will spreasd the word on how great Jones' music really is.
